CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - DOCKET NOS.
50-269, 50-270, AND 50-287 This is to confirm the telephone conversation between you and Mr. R. C. Lewis of my staff on December 20, 1982, concerning arrangements made for a management meeting in the Region II office on January 7, 1983.
We requested this meeting to discuss recent inspection findings regarding the identification of two open instrument air manual isolation valves located in a pressurized line penetrating the containment, and the receipt of a contaminated truck from Oconee at the Barnwell site. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
