Dear Mr. Tucker:
By letter dated June 9, 1982, we sent a draft copy of the "Audit of Oconee Procedures and Training for Pressurized Thermal Shock" to Mr. Parker for information and comment on the recommended upgrading of procedures and training.
We have now completed our report (copy enclosed), with only minor changes to the earlier draft, and request that you provide a response, within 45 days of your receipt of this letter, to the recommendations contained in Section 4.
Since this request relates only to Oconee, Unit 1, fewer than ten respondents are involved; therefore, OMB Clearance is not required under P. L.96-511.
