Confirmation of Action - Docket No. 50-269 This refers to the telephone conversations on March 29, 1982, between you and Mr. R. C. Lewis of this office concerning actions you have taken with regard to a breach of containment integrity found by the NRC Resident Inspector at your Oconee Unit 1 on March 23, 1982.
It is our understanding that the actions discussed in the telephone conversations will be presented in detail in your 14-day report to this office. Our resident inspector will followup on your reported actions.
Your report and the results of our inspections will be evaluated by this office. We also plan to hold an Enforcement Conference at an early date to discuss this matter with you.
If your understanding of our discussion is different from that stated above, please inform this office promptly.
