This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review of Technical Report No.
NFS-1001, "Oconee Nuclear Station Reload Design Methodology," which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review on April 23, 1979. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of the report on July 29, 1981.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $12,480 based on review time involving 320 professional staff hours at $39 per staff hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller. When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
