Our letter dated June 12,
1984,
in response to your letter of April 9, 1984,
stated that we were evaluating your response which denied a violation forwarded
with Inspection Report Nos. 50-269/83-34, 50-270/83-34 and 50-287/83-34 regarding
the posting of your chemical treatment pond as a radioactive materials area.
After careful review of your response and further evaluation by Regional and
Headquarters staff, we have determined that no violation occurred and have
deleted the violation from our records.
