Dear Mr. Tucker:
This is in response to your letter of September 17, 1982, regarding Revision 7 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan for the Oconee Nuclear Station.
It is agreed that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR
- 50. 54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are, therefore, being Withheld from public disclosure.
