This is to acknowledge receipt of your,;letter, dated July 12, 1982, which transmitted Revision 6 to the "Oconee Nuclear Station Safeguards Contingency Plan" undlir the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted change and have determined that the change is consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and is, therefore, accept able. The enclosure to your letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is, therefore, being withheld from j'ublic dis closure.
