Thank you for your letter dated March 26, 1981, which provided your basis for a Class III fee for your October 2, 1980 application on Lessons Learned Category A items for Oconee Unit Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Our letter of March 17, 1981, requested an additional sum of $8,300 because review of your'applica tion involved consideration of several safety issues which qualified it for a Class IV fee of $12,300.
Since our March 17, 1,981 letter was sent to your Company, the applications relating to TMI-2 Lessons Learned have undergone a fee reanalysis by the ONRR staff. As a result of this reanalysis, it has now been determined that the Class III ($4,000) and two Class I fees ($800) which your Company paid with the October 2 application are appropriate. Therefore, your Company does not owe us the additional sum of $8,300 that we requested in our March 17, letter, We regret the delayed response to your letter, but we were awaiting completion of the overall reanalysis of the Lessons Learned applications before responding to it.
