We agree that the changes made in this revision are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). A cecord of the changes to this plan shall be maintained.
Revision 5 of the "Safeguards Contingency Plan, Oconee Nuclear Station" contains Safeguards Information of the type specified in 10 CFR 73.21(b) and therefore is being withheld from public disclosure.
