The Commission has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed "Notice of Proposed Issuance of Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses" for the Oconee Nuclear Station, Units Nos. 1, 2 and 3. This notice relates to your license amendment application dated-July.25, 1980, as supplemented July 1, August 7, and August 14, 1980, which would revise the provisions of the Station's common Technical Specifications to permit the expansion of the spent fuel pool storage capacity from 750 to 1312 storage locations for the Oconee Units Nos. 1 and 2 common pool.
