We have enclosed these six pages and have indicated, by brackets, the infor mation that should be withheld per 10 CFR 2.790(d)a(l).

Dear Mr. Parker:
Your letter of March 28, 1980 provided information on the Oconee Station Standby Shutdown Facility (SSF).
You requested that the entire submittal be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 as it was applicable to security provisions at Oconee.
We have performed a safeguards related review of your submittal and have concluded that only pages 2-1, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 6-3 and 7-1 contain security related information that should be withheld from public disclosure. We have enclosed these six pages and have indicated, by brackets, the infor mation that should be withheld per 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1).
We request that you resubmit the entire document, with the.requested deletions; in addition, security related features such as alarm stations and the security computer room should be deleted from the plot plan and general arrangement drawings.
Kindly submit the "non-withheld" version within 30 days of the date of this letter.
