With an application dated July 16, 1980, you remitted a Class III ($4,000) and two Class I ($800) amendment fees for changes on High Pressure Injection (HPI) operability for"Oconee 2. Based on information provided by the staff of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, it has been determined that this application affects Unit 2 only and the fee should be a single Class III amendment fee. Therefore, we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to refund the sum of $800 to your Company. The refund will be sent to you within approximately two weeks.
