C The Commission has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed "Notice of Proposed Issuance of Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses" for.the Oconee Nuclear StAtion, Units Nos. 1, 2 and 3. This notice relates to your license amendment application dated February 2, 1979, which would revise the provisions of the Station's common Technical Specifications to permit the expan sion of-the spent fuel pool storage capacity from 336 to 750 storage locations for the Oconee Units 1 and 2 common pool.
