Gentlemen:
Through an in office review of Inspection Report 50-269/78-23 it was
found that the transmittal letter and pages 1-2 and 1-3 of the inspection
report inadvertently named Oconee Unit 3 as the unit inspected.
The
above pages of Inspection Report 50-269/78-23 should have referenced
Oconee Unit 1, as this was the unit inspected.
We regret any inconvenience this oversight may have caused you.
