By letter dated November 20, 2014 (Reference 1), Southern California Edison (SCE) submitted a report of changes that were made to the Physical Security Plan under 10 CFR 50.54(p). By letter dated March 19, 2015 (Reference 2), the NRC issued a Request for Additional Information regarding the Reference 1 Physical Security Plan changes. By letter dated April 30, 2015 (Reference 3), SCE responded to the NRC's RAI.

Document Control Desk May 21, 2015 SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION Withhold from public disclosure Cover letter decontrolled upon removal of Enclosures This letter provides an updated response to the Reference 2 RAI to more clearly organize the electronic files and folders provided in Reference 3. In addition, some information from the previous response has been re-classified from Safeguards Information to Security-Related.
The re-classified information has been extracted from Enclosure 1 and included as Enclosure 2 of this response. There are no changes to the technical content from the Reference 3 response.
The responses are provided in electronic form as the Enclosures to this letter. Enclosure 1 provides Safeguards Information and should be withheld from public disclosure. Enclosure 2 provides Security-Related information and should be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390.
