  • DAEC was in the Degraded Cornerstone Column on January 1, 2014 due to two White findings id tifi d iin 2013 identified 2013.

- Inadequate maintenance instructions led to an oil leak in the A A Emergency Diesel Generator Lube Oil Heat Exchanger

- Failure to perform an operability determination for the unexpected Reactor Core Isolation Cooling System Speed Circuit indication 8

Assessment Background g

  • A 95002 Supplemental Inspection was successfully completed in July 2014
  • DAEC returned to the Licensee Response Column on August 29, 2014
  • Torus coating delamination issue is being evaluated by y the NRC staff.
