As required by 10 CFR 50.54, ((Conditions of licenses", paragraph (w)(3L PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) is required each year to report to the NRC the current levels and sources of insurance that demonstrate that PSEG possesses sufficient financial resources to stabilize and decontaminate a reactor and reactor station site in the event of an accident. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3), this report is required to be submitted by April 1st of each year.
