0 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Duke Energy Florida, Inc. (DEF) hereby submits the response to the Request for Additional Information (RAI) for the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3)
Physical Security Plan, Security Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 1.
In Reference 1, CR-3 submitted the Physical Security Plan, Security Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 1. In Reference 2, the NRC staff forwarded RAIs to CR-3 as it was determined that additional information was necessary in order to complete its review of the referenced September 16, 2014 submittal.
This letter includes three enclosures and twenty-five attachments which contain Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.2. Enclosure 1 contains the Response to Request for Additional Information. Enclosure 2 contains a Summary Description of Changes. Enclosure 3 contains a copy of the DEF Physical Security Plan, Security Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 2.
No new regulatory commitments have been made in this letter.
