CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - H. B. ROBINSON, SHEARON HARRIS AND BRUNSWICK This confirms the arrangements made by Mr.
R. Oates of your staff and Mr. D. Verrelli of my staff on July 23, 1990, concerning a Management Meeting to be held in the Region II Office, Atlanta, Georgia on August 6, 1990, at 1:00 p.m.
This meeting is being held to discuss emergency preparedness (EP) issues.
Items on the agenda for this meeting include your root cause analysis and corrective actions to address EP weaknesses at Robinson, actions implemented to address previously identified EP program weaknesses at Brunswick as well as steps being taken to ensure continuing performance improvement, and actions implemented by Corporate EP to achieve consistent good performance at all CP&L sites.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
