We have completed our review of your response, dated April 11, 1990, to Allegation RIII-89-A-0147.and concluded that your investigation was appropriately thorough and that the alleger's concerns have.been adequately addressed. We concur with your findings that: 1) the individuals in question, although non-degreed, are qualified by virtue of experience for their assigned tasks; and 2) the review of NRC Information Notice 88-03 was adequate.
