This letter and the attachment are The Pennsylvania State University's reply to the NRC letter of April 24, 2014 and requesting additional information and multiple subsequent telephone conversations related to the annual certification of financial assurance specifically related to 10 CFR Part 30, Appendix E.II.(C)(1) and the evaluation of off-balance sheet transactions.
The attachment is the Independent Accountant's Report on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures for the year ended June 30, 2013.
