In a telephone conversation on April 16, 1985, Ms. Wanda Cox requested that we return Check No. 523827 (Voucher No. 807940) to you because it was erroneously sent without the application.. She informed me that it would be more expedient for the check to be returned than for us to retain it for a current or future application. Consequently, Check No. 523827 for $150 (dated April 11, 1985) is enclosed as requested. It is our understanding that the check is for a future application relating to the H.8. Robinson Nuclear Plant.
