Hello Mr. Saporito, Klett, Audrey Monday, November 03, 2014 8:36 AM saprodani@gmail.com Update on your 10 CFR 2.206 Petition As a follow-up to the voicemail message I left you this morning, I am e-mailing you to provide you with a brief update on the status of your 10 CFR 2.206 petition that you submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on July 18, 2014. NRC's Management Directive (MD) 8.11 requires that the NRC staff provide the petitioner a status update at least once per 60 days, or sooner, if there has been a significant action taken on the petition.

Since the teleconference on September 3, 2014, where you addressed the Petition Review Board (PRB), the PRB continues to review your petition with a goal of responding to you in November 2014. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or email me.
