Hello Audrey:
Thomas Saporito <saprodani@gmail.com>
Saturday, August 30, 2014 12:08 PM Klett, Audrey; Regner, Lisa September 3rd, 2014 NRC PRB Teleconference Meeting {2.206 petition -Turkey Point}
To the extent that the NRC's Petition Review Board (PRB) has scheduled a teleconference call meeting with me at 3pm on September 3rd, 2014, related to a 2.206 Enforcement Petition concerning licensed operations at the Florida Power & Light Company - Turkey Point Nuclear Plant, please be advised that I will require one-hour to present to the PRB.
As a matter of course, the NRC PRB apparently follows a prescribed "template" at the start of their meetings where members ofthe PRB are individually identified on the record. In addition, the PRB chair also summarizes the 2.206 Petition particulars on the record as well. The PRB prerequisites take a fair amount of time to conclude.
Therefore, please ensure that the PRB is prepared to provide me with a one-hour time frame to make my presentation. Any time take by the PRB prerequisites should be added to the one-hour that I need to make my presentation. For example: If the PRB needs 15-minutes to complete their prerequisites, then the total time allocated for the meeting should be one-hour and 15-minutes.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me at your convemence.
