ACCEPTANCE FOR REVIEW REGARDING TRAVELER TSTF-545, REVISION 1, "TS [TECHNICAL SPECIFCATION] INSERVICE TESTING PROGRAM REMOVAL" (TAC NO. MF3349)
Dear Members of the Technical Specifications Task Force:
By letter dated March 4, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14063A334), you submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval Traveler TSTF-545, Revision 1, TS Inservice Testing Program Removal.
Your submission also requested that the review of this Traveler be exempt from review fees under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 170. In accordance with the December 23, 2013, letter (ADAMS Accession No. ML13333A807) from J.E. Dyer (NRC), a fee waiver for this Traveler will apply.
The NRC staff has completed a preliminary review of your submission and determined it is sufficiently complete and appropriate to initiate a more comprehensive review. Additionally, the NRC staff has determined they will not have any requests for additional information. The review of Traveler TSTF-545 will generally follow the schedule below.
