SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT 1-REVIEW OF THE CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT (COLR), CYCLE 23 (TAC NO. MF2473)
Dear Mr. Joyce:
By letter dated May 3, 2013, as supplemented by letter dated July 10, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession Nos. ML13129A284 and ML14195A469, respectively), PSEG Nuclear, LLC submitted the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1 Cycle 23 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) in accordance with Technical Specification (TS) Section 6.9.1.9.d.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed its review of the report and concludes that the cycle-specific parameter limits were developed using NRC-approved methodologies and that PSEG has met the TS requirements.
