We have completed our review of your response to Generic Letter (GL) 83-28 dated November 7, 1983.
Your response was evaluated for compliance to the staff's positions delineated in Generic Letter 83-28 for Action Items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 4.1, and 4.5.1. Your responses to items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 4.1, and 4.5.1 were found to be adequate and meet the intent of GL 83-28. Therefore, these items are considered closed. The enclosed Safety Evaluation provides our evaluation of your responses.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements of this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L 96-511.
