COMPLETION OF REVIEW FOR ITEMS 3.1.3 AND 3.2.3 OF GENERIC LETTER 83-28 FOR H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT UNIT 2 (TAC NOS. 53037 AND 53876)
Your submittals relating to the post-maintenance testing requirements in existing Technical Specifications for reactor trip system components and for all other safety related components have been reviewed. Our subcontractor, EG&G Idaho, Inc., conducted the technical review.
Based on the review, the enclosed Safety Evaluation has been prepared. We conclude that the Items 3.1.3 and 3.2.3 of Generic Letter 83-28 are acceptable as discussed in the evaluation. Therefore we consider these items closed.
