We have completed our review of the subject material property information submitted by your letters dated June 29, 1984 and October 30, 1984. We conclude that the question of chemical composition of the beltline weld materials has been addressed in an acceptable manner. However, your request that the ".
NRC formally acknowledge...
" that the "PTS issue has been resolved" cannot be honored at this time.
The PTS Rule, when issued, will call for another round of submittals and approvals.
Your response to the Rule is the vehicle for resolution of the PTS issue.
