SERVICE WATER SYSTEM SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM, H. B. ROBINSON, DOCKET NO. 50-261 This letter confirms my telephone conversation on January 4, 1985, with Mr. G. P. Beatty, Jr., Manager, Robinson Nuclear Project, regarding the Service Water Corrective Action Program at H. B. Robinson.
Based on Mr. Beatty's letter and its enclosures to Mr. James P. O'Reilly, Regional Administrator, dated January 4, 1985, entitled "Update-Review of Service Water Corrective Action Program -at H. B. Robinson," we concur in the program and in-your planned return of the reactor to power operation.
We will examine the implementation of your in-service monitoring program during future inspections.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be pleased to discuss them.
