DOCKET NO. 50-261 This confirms the telephone conversation between myself and Mr. M. A. McDuffie, Senior Vice President, Nuclear Generation on November 19,
- 1984, concerning a management meeting to be conducted in Atlanta, Georgia, on November 28, 1984, at 2:00 p.m.
We requested this meeting to discuss the readiness of H. B. Robinson to commence operations after the extended steam generator replacement outage.
We specifically wish to discuss your plans to ensure that the plant staff has the proper training to begin operations safely and that operability of plant systems has been reviewed to minimize equipment failures during commencement of operations.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
