This letter confirms telephone discussions with Mr. Zimmerman of your staff concerning our vdipit-to your facility during the period of April 5 April 7.
As discussed during the conversation, the purpose of the visit is to review your progress in developing criteria and changing or modifying procedures, as well as to review the associated training for the operating staff relating to the PTS concern.
We appreciate your cooperation and assistance in this matter, especially during a time when the demands on your staff ds a result of your refueling and in-service inspection program are heavy. However, Ioknow you also appreciate the urgency of instituting all prudent measures to minimize the potential for PTS and our concern in this matter.
