By letter dated October 31, 1980 from D. G. Eisenhut you received a copy of NUREG-0737 "Clarification of TMI Action Plan Requirements." Item I.A.1.3.2.

in this document defined new shift manning requirements for normal operation that must be implemented by Technical Specification before July 1, 1982.

This letter is to request that you review your implementation schedule to ensure that the July 1, 1982.deadline will be met. If your review reveals problems that require staff attention you should submit suffictent documentation by February 1, 1982 to permit the staff to complete its review in a tlrdly mannhrtto prevent impact on the July 1, 19824eidTine.
