ing fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 for your March 15, 1979 (GD-79-694)
-request. The request was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review and approval of an item relating to the H. B. Robinson Unit'No. 2 Isolation Valve Seal Water System. 'Mr. McQueen was advised that from our preliminary review of your request, we have determined that it falls in fee Class III ($4,000) because it involves consideration of a single' safety issue.
Mr. McQueen stated that a letter and check were being prepared and should be received by us within a week to ten days.
Since we note from your March 15 request that approval by NRR Staff is desired by April 15, it was brought to
.Mr. McQueen's attention that 10 CFR Part 170 requires these fees to be paid prior to issuance of the license amendment or any other letter of approval on the request.
If after the final evaluation o-f your application is completed it is determined that it was incorrectly classified, you will be refunded any over-charges or billed for any additional amount due. Fees are payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission by check, draft or money order.
