We have received.a copy of your application dated May 21, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application requires review and evaluation of the Probabi listic Risk Assessment Report concerning the interrupt capability of the DB-50 breakers used on Emergency Buses El and E2 at the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your May 21, 1987 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your applica tion in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
