The following applications for amendment to the H. B. Robinson Unit No. 2 license were filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review:
- 1. January 8, 1982 - Application for changes relating to limiting conditions of operation for operability. A Class III fee of $4,000 accompanied this application, and
- 2. January 29, 1982 - Application for changes relating to frequency of air lock testing. A Class II fee of $1,200 accompanied this application.
On March 18 and 24, 1982, the ONRR staff issued Amendment Nos. 67 and 68 to the Robinson License No. DPR-23 which completed review of items 1 and 2 above, respectively. Based on final reviews of these applications, the ONRR staff have determined that item I supplements your May 9, 1980 application for which a fee has been paid, and item 2 issupplemental to your pre-fee application dated September 16, 1975. Consequently, the fees paid ($5,200) for these applications are not required. We have concurrently authorized the Division of Accounting and Finance to refund the $5,200 to your Company. Refunds are generally processed within a two-week period.
