Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In accordance with 10CFR50.54(q),
Carolina Power and Liht Company hereby transmits three copies of recent revisions to the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Emergency Plan and Procedures.
Due to several recent administrative changes some additional clarifications for this submittal are necessary.
On August 22, 1983, as part of the Plant Operating.Manual rewrite effort the Emergency Plan was revised from "Volume 13" to "Volume 1, Part II, Rev. 0".
No changes other than renumbering the procedures were made; and therefore, we did not provide this revision to your office. However, included in this submittal as Enclosure B, is a cross reference index between the old Plant'Emergency Procedure numbers and the new Plant Emergency Procedure numbers.
In addition to the above administrative change, we also revised our method for providing Emergency Plan and Procedure Revisions to NRC.
These revisions are now issued directly from the Plant at which the change was made, instead of our Corporate Office.
This will provide a more direct path from the procedure revision to the NRC. However, during the process of revising this process, the revisions identified on the enclosed list were inadvertently not provided within 30 days.
These revisions are included in this submittal.
