Dear Dr. Denton:
By letter dated December 30, 1980, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) submitted the revised Radiological Emergency Plan for the H. B.
Robinson Steam Electric Plant. Forwarded with this letter, pursuant to 10CFR50 Appendix E, Paragraph V, are ten (10) copies of the implementing procedures for that plan. Three (3) copies of these procedures are being sent to the Region II Office of Inspection and Enforcement in Atlanta, Georgia.
We are prepared to work closely with the NRC Staff in order to respond to questions that may arise.
