Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2 This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated March 17, 1987, in which your staff appealed to reclassify as a backfit our request to have plant procedures in place to inspect and refurbish, if necessary, Power Operating Relief Valves (PORVs) after a lift. Our letter dated February 11, 1987, transmitted the Safety Evaluation for the subject NUREG-0737 item in which the request was made.
