We have completed our review of your response to Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.1 (Part 2).
The technical evaluation was completed by our contractor, EG&G Idaho, Inc. Our Safety Evaluation included our contractor's technical evaluation for input.
The enclosed Safety Evaluation documents our concurrence with the contractor's finding that your responses (enclosed in the contractor's report) to Generic Letter 83-28 Item 2.1 (Part 2) are acceptable. Therefore, we consider Generic Letter 83-28 Item 2.1 (Parts 1 and 2) closed.
A copy of our safety evaluation and our contractor's report are enclosed for your information.
