The enclosed SER documents our concurrence without our contractor's findings that your responses to Item 2.1 (part 1) of Generic Letter 83-28 are acceptable.
Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.1, however, remains open because the Vendor Interface portion (part 2) of this item has not yet been resolved.
Our SER and our contractor's TER are enclosed for your information.
