In accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix H, Carolina Power & Light Company hereby submits the report, "Analysis of Capsule T from the H. B. Robinson Unit 2 Reactor Vessel Surveillance Program." A change in the H. B. Robinson Technical Specifications will be required, and the expected date for submittal of the requested changes is October 14, 1983.
