AUDIT OF PROCEDURES AND TRAINING FOR PRESSURIZED THERMAL SHOCK H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT UNIT NO. 2 We have reviewed your May 4, 1982 response to the NRC audit ofrprocedures and training for pressurized thermal shock (PTS) that was conducted Arpil 5-7, 1982 at the H. B. Robinson Si6am Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
This audit was conducted to assure the NRC staff that the plant operators had sufficient knowledge of PTS concerns and mitigating actions to deal with a PTS event should one occur.
Based on our review, we conclude that you have met the objectives of the PTS audit and no further action will be required based on that audit.
