Confirmation of Action This refers to our telephone conversation of July 19, 1979, regarding the requirements for tasting of anchor bolts on safety-related systems at the Robinson facility as contained in NRC, Bull eti n 79-02.

With regard to the matters discussed* it is our understanding that your Robinson Nuclear Plant will not be returned to power operation without the concurrence of this office.

Our concurrence will be based on the results of your technical discussions with this office of the results of the anchor bolt testing program, the bases d$r operability of safety-related systems and your proposed schedule for further testing if required to assure operabi lity.
