Confirmation of Concurrence This letter confirms our telephone conversation on July 20, 1979, in which we concurred in your planned schedule for returning your Robinson 2 reactor to service.
This concurrence is based on your letters to this office dated July 9 and 20, 1979, and the technical discussions held with our staffs concerning the testing of anchor bolts.
It is also based on your commitment to submit a supplementary response to NRC Bulletin 79-02, which will include the additional information that was discussed on July 20, 1979.
These matters will be reviewed further by our inspectors on future inspections. Should you have any questions, please contact this office.
