This letter is to provide update information concerning admittance of an additional NRC inspector to your facility. Reference is made to our letter of May 4, 1979.

The enclosure to this letter indicates those NRC Region II personnel for whom a permanent non-employee, no escort required picture badge as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(5) is requested.

We request that a site orientation relevant to the issuance of badges, escort duties and emergency evacuation be afforded the individual listed in Enclosure 1 if such training has not previously been provided. The enclosure to this letter is effective upon receipt and will be routinely updated.

Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
