SUMMARY
- ROBINSON UNIT 2 This letter refers to the management meeting conducted at the NRC's request in the NRC Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia, on September 8, 1992. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss H. B. Robinson's recovery plan for the Safety Injection System. A list of attendees and a copy of your slides are enclosed.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial in that it provided the NRC with your action to restore the plant's safety systems to an operable condition. The submittal of your Recovery Plan dated September 4, 1992 and this meeting met the requirements of our Confirmation of Action letter dated September 1, 1992. Your recovery actions as outlined are adequate to ensure that foreign material will not adversely affect the operation of safety systems.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
