NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/94-11
This refers to the inspection conducted by W. M. Sartor, Jr. of this office
on March 28-31, 1994. The inspection included a review of activities
authorized for your H. B. Robinson facility.
At the conclusion of the
inspection,
the findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the.report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.
Within these
.
areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities
in progress.
Your attention is directed to the resolution of the Exercise Weakness identified
in Paragraph 6 of the enclosed Inspection Report. As required by Section IV.F
of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50, any weakness that is identified shall be corrected.
Accordingly, please provide us, within 45 days of the date of this letter, of the
corrective actions you have taken, or plan to take, showing the estimated date
of completion with regard to this exercise weakness.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosure will
be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
