Unit 1 Docket No. STN 50-528 / License No. NPF 41 Correction to APS cover letter of Licensee Event Report (LER) 2013-004-00 Enclosed please find a corrected copy of the cover letter previously submitted in the referenced letter. Revision bars have been added to the left side of the affected page. The following changes were made to correct internal administrative errors:
The PVNGS internal letter log number located at the top left of the page was changed from 102-06889 to 102-06888. Letter log number 102-06889 was used on a document previously submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission dated June 5, 2014.
NRC NRR Project Manager, M. M. Watford's name was misspelled.
