SAN ONOFRE 1 - SEP TOPIC 111-6, SEISMIC DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS, REVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE AND AGENDA FOR THE FORTHCOMING MEETING AT THE BECHTEL'S ENGINEERING OFFICE INCLUDING REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The attached are two enclosures providing the general staff review procedures, the meeting agenda and the questionnaire for the structures, systems and components for the forthcoming meeting to be held on California. provides the staff rev ew procedures and questionnaire on seismic reevaluation of SONGS 1 structures, field erectedttanks and bulied piping. includes the staff review plan for seismic qualification of piping, mechanical and electrical equipment. These two enclosures were handed to your staff previously on May 3, 1982 meeting in Bethesda. It is requested that you make available the necessary personnel and documents to support the meeting.
